Yes, you can develop the Design and Process FMEAS and MSR according to the requirements of the AIAG-VDA FMEA Manual or continue using the formats established in the FMEA 4th Edition manual. Additionally, the productivity tools will simplify and make the migration process to the current FMEA format highly efficient.
When developing an FMEA in the current format, it is possible to import data from the 4th Edition or apply the FMEA concept per family to gain maximum productivity. The Process FMEA is integrated with the Flow Diagram, Characteristics Matrix and Control Plan to guarantee total robustness and consistency of information.

Our products are affordable, and concurrent licensing adapts to the needs of any business. We have customers who use only one license to companies that use dozens of licenses. Because licenses are concurrent, a license can serve multiple users as long as the access is not concurrent.

ISOQualitas solutions  are not sold. Licensing is annual with automatic renewal. This ensures that all companies are always using the most current version of our products and in compliance with the latest requirements of the automotive industry.

You will need licenses for members of the multidisciplinary teams involved in the development of Core Tools requirements  and you can also extend them to those involved in production management, production and raw material assignment. The number of licenses can vary from 1 to the amount that meets the demand for use, depending on the size of your organization. The licenses are concurrent (floating) which allows the installation of the software on as many computers as necessary, but only the number of licenses contracted can be used simultaneously. If necessary, it is very quick and easy to add or reduce the number of licenses contracted. 

If the database is hosted in the cloud (preferably Microsoft Azure), all plants that share the database also benefit from a single license dedicated to all plants of the same corporation.

ISOQualitas software  are applications under the Microsoft Windows platform, so they must be installed on each computer individually and if the database is

hosted on your local server, it will not be necessary to have internet access for the system to work.

Your organization can choose to host the database in the cloud. In this case, there is no installation on your company’s server. However, the application (client) must be installed on all computers that will use it.

The installation, both on the server and on the stations, is very fast. Our support team can assist them in making the implementation process as simple as possible.

First, your organization owns the data entered through our solutions. If you choose to install the system on your local server, the data is protected by your firewall and all data protection systems and will not depend on internet access. In this case, backups and security routines are your responsibility. If you choose to keep the database in the cloud, the data will be stored in the SQL Server of the Microsoft Azure service.  In this case, your organization must open an account in Microsoft Azure and store the data there.

If the data is in Microsoft Azure, backups are automatic without you having to worry about its management.

Yes. If the contract is interrupted, the data is still available for consultation. In this case, it will not be possible to enter or change the existing data. If the database is hosted in Microsoft Azure, it can be exported to your server so that users can continue to have access to the data through a local server.

If your organization already uses ISOQualitas.CoreTools, migrating to ISOQualitas.PLM is very simple. Both software uses the same database, so there is no need for server migration. Simply purchase the ISOQualitas.PLM licenses and deploy them on the server. Once ISOQualitas.PLM is installed on the workstations, all existing data will be available, and users will have access to the new modules immediately.

Yes. ISOQualitas‘ solutions offer very powerful planning tools, but very easy and simple to use. For any APQP activity that has deadlines and responsible persons, the activity management tools will allow the definition of responsible persons, deadlines and emails to be notified, Gantt Chart and management reports. Alerts and notifications are automatic and integrated with approvals. 

The pending management module allows you to view all pending planning issues of the APQP, the Recommended Actions of the FMEAs, the actions related to Non-Conformities and 8Ds, among others, on a single screen presented whenever the user accesses our systems. Pending issues can be consulted for each user, by team or for all users.

ISOQualitas solutions  offer a very robust system for submission, review and approval. Through integration with the APQP Schedule, it is easy to follow the progress of activities. Once a document is approved, no changes are allowed. Approvals generate email notifications to speed up the progress of subsequent activities. To submit a PPAP or VDA2, all requirements can be printed or exported to PDF with a click of the mouse. When a PPAP or VDA2 is approved, all documents in this part are locked for change to ensure the preservation of the data submitted to customers. 

ISOQualitas software offers an extensive library of symbols with special characteristics to meet the specific requirements of its customers. You can also define your company’s internal symbols and create a consistency table with customer symbols. A symbol legend is printed at the bottom of the documents where symbols are contemplated.

Yes. Currently, the user interface is available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Reports can be printed in 6 languages (Portuguese, English, Spanish, German, French and Italian).

The language of the user interface can be chosen at the time of accessing the system. The print language is set when the data is recorded, regardless of the interface language.

For example, a company that uses ISOQualitas software  in a plant in Brazil, another in Mexico, and others in the USA, each location can generate reports in the language they want. The Mexico plant can create documents in English for customers in the U.S. Any of the plants could generate documents in German for a German automaker and so on. 

One of the strongest points of ISOQualitas solutions is the ease offered to reuse existing data to create new parts or new revisions. With one click on the APQP copy module, it is possible to copy all the requirements for the new part or revision. Together with the data sharing tools, the result is a time saving of up to 80% in the development of the new APQP created from an existing part.

YES! ISOQualitas software  has the data stored in MS-SQL Server, which is a fairly common system within the industry. We at ISOQualitas will work together with your ERP provider and your Information Technology personnel to understand the integration needs and provide all the information and support to ensure effective integration.
