Quality Control of Purchased Materials

Production Quality Monitoring
The support for the execution of Production follows the requirements established by APQP during the product/process development phase and benefits from the full integration with ISOQualitas.PLM®, accessing and sharing the same database used by engineering.
MSA Studies
The Measurement Systems Analysis modules support metrologists in the execution of studies directly from the laboratories or shop floor, which include the following studies: Stability, Tendency, Linearity, and R&R Studies variable/attributes, and the module of control systems calibration management.
Statistical Process Control
The Statistical Process Control module supports the insertion of data on the shop floor to obtain the results: Process Stability Evaluation, Sample Distribution assessment, and Process Capability Index (Pp/PpK, Cp/CpK, Cm/CmK, PPM etc).
Product Approval Process
Preliminary Process Capability Study, MSA Studies, Production Control Plan, Test Reports: Material Dimensional and Performance, Appearance and Customer Specific Requirements, and PSW-PPAP/PPA-VDA2.
Corrective and Preventive Actions
The RNC and Global 8D modules allow the corrective or preventive actions to be carried out directly on the shop floor, allowing quick containment action, process improvement and real-time feedback to engineering.
